Training

As part of our commitment to quality, we ensure that all our sales people are fully trained in both sales techniques and the requisite product knowledge in order to sell the carbon saving measure efficiently and professionally.

This training includes enrolling the sales person on a City & Guilds Sales Qualification which they are expected to pass within the required time period.  This not only enhances their sales ability and knowledge of the sales process, but ensures that all our sales activity is carried out to the highest ethical standards.

Technical Surveys

As part of the delivery of qualified new customers, we also complete technical surveys for the installation of the particular carbon saving product concerned. We ensure that our Technical Surveyors are trained to the exacting standards of the industry.  This means that the technical surveys we produce are accurate, reliable and make the job of installing the product straightforward and hassle free.

The delivery of clear and concise technical surveys for every new customer is part of the overall carbon sale process.  You benefit from a targetted number of new properties including accurate and complete documentation.
