City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Non-domestic Energy Assessment (6361-02)
City & Guilds Level 4 Diploma in Non-Domestic Energy Assessment (6361-04)
This qualification has been designed for learners wishing to practice as non-domestic energy assessors (NDEA’s) and produce EPC’s for commercial premises both with and without frequently occurring characteristics.

City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Non Domestic Energy Assessment
This course is aimed at candidates without any specific background in non-domestic energy assessment, although a knowledge of building fabrics, materials and construction is an advantage. It is also useful if you can use computer software efficiently.
This course is delivered at our own training centre in Huddersfield.
The course is run as a 5 day course and includes completion of 2 of the 3 commercial portfolio property assessments required for the portfolio. It has the following Unit structure.
The course covers all the required Units in order to qualify as a Non-domestic Energy Assessor.
The course is assessed entirely based upon portfolio evidence and also written evidence as assigned throughout the course. There are no exams.

All candidates that successfully complete each of the units of this course, will receive a City & Guilds certificate as evidence that they have passed this qualification. This can be used as evidence for accreditation purposes.
The qualification uses the Qualification and Credit Framework (QCF) units which were developed by Asset Skills in consultation with representatives from industry organisations and employers in conjunction with the Department for Communities and Local Government (CLG).
